I don't know how I found this game, but I love it, haha. It's the best time killer I've found in a while.
Just bought the Modern Combat 2 Map Pack which is pretty fun, and then that new smile app mad pad which is actually a pretty cool app to get lost in for a while. I think it might be smile's best offering (except I am T-paine is an insane amount of fun with other people). Anyone know any other neat app/kind of games that use the functions of the idvices in creative ways.
I've been considering both of these. I don't think I'll pick up the map pack because MC3 is coming soon enough. What exactly is Mad Pad all about though? The reviews are great but I don't really get the concept. As for other apps like that, I think I like Songify more than I Am T-Pain, just in case you don't have that one already.
Mad pad is basically a group of everyday sounds like a door banging or keys jingling that you can tap in any order until you just start making some beats. It comes preloaded with some sets, and you can download more sets from either smile or from other people who share their own. You can also make your own sets. For example, one of the pre loaded sets is car noises. There is a car door closing, keys jingling, a honk, a window moving, and a fe withers. I think you can have up to 16 sounds in a set, but I am not sure exactly. Anyway, here are some videos the should explain it a lot better than I just did: http://www.idesignsound.com/madpad-iphone/ Also, I got the map pack due to the 99c sale that hopefully resulted in more people getting it as well. It can be hard at times to get a full match in one of the them, but when you do most of the guys will stick around for a few match in a row, and the maps are definitely a much better experience.
How is Lara Croft The Guardian Light? The dual stick shooter/puzzler from Square Enix? Is it worth the $7 dollars? How is the game?
Thanks for the info. I'll check it out. I wasn't aware that the map pack had gone on sale. Must have missed it.
Oh no the map pack was 1.99, just saying that the 99c sale for the game helped bump up the amount of people in multiplayer, and hopefully those with the map pack too.
