I think Chaos Rings would probably be a good choice for your first request. I think the first one is better, even though they are about the same. lol And Monster Dash would probably be a pretty good choice for your second request.
Yes. It's good, if a lil bit different. Mos defs. It's much better that siat. I hated that game, but nyxquest is really fun chaos rings isn't a modern setting... If he meant a modern setting as I interpreted it, hunters and great little war game are 2 good tbs's that fit the bill. Glwg is one of my fav games.

Has anyone tried Zombie Minesweeper? The flash game is fun, but doesn't have much content. Does the iOS version have more levels?

I didn't like it, personally. At all. For all the praise and good reviews it has, I never got into it. That said though, it is a well-made game all-around: from graphics to controls to music. It just never grabbed me for some reason.
I need an ice hockey game for my iPad2 and the only one available on the AppStore is Hockey Nation 2010 which according to TouchArcade and some players is so-so. Is it at least as good as Blades of Steel on NES which I loved a lot and was very good?
Try the lite of that and 2k sports nhl. Also if you like just the joy of getting to the goal, try Icebreaker. They also just released an HD version of that.... Edit: the lite version of Hocket Nation is just shoot out (sort of) but try it anyways...
Believe it or not, NHL 2K11 and the lite version of Hockey Nations are not available on the french AppStore!
