I think I'd rather go with Chaos Rings + Omega instead of Final Fantasy III since they cost the same at $16. If price isn't a factor though, Final Fantasy III is probably the better game. You'll get many hours of gameplay either way.
Never a bad idea to try a lite first. Even though the camera is certainly old school, I personally find the revised controls to be quite playable. But your mileage may vary...
Thanks! I didn't mention that I already have the original Chaos Rings. Does that change anything, or should I still get Omega instead?
If you have the original, Omega is much of the same. A couple new monsters, a few new characters, and a little bit of a different story. But, that's about it. All the areas are almost exactly the same, except they changed the color. I would wait to get Chaos Rings 2, and see if it's actually more different. But, sure it's still a good game if you want it while it's on sale. I can't really say anything about Final Fantasy games though. I haven't tried any. lol
You guys should get street fighter iv volt its on sale now and just had a great update!!! O jeah and pocket god because its just the best game ever!!
I've been hearing a lot of good about 'Uno'. I'm a fan of the card game, but a lot of reviews in the app store say that the AI cheats. Does it? And if so, is it still worth it just for the multiplayer alone? It's only a buck, but still... Also: if anyone owns these can they tell me why I should buy them? (some i'm looking at more than others though). Flick Golf Extreme, Groove Coaster, Gesundheit, Blobster, Zombie Gunship, Temple Run. Thanks!
I have blobster and zombie gunship. First: Blobster: More childish and more easy than it may look not enough challange and poor replay value Second: Zombie Gunship: Great game with much potential love to upgrade te weapons, updates with new content are promised!!
umm... I own most of those, but I've only played blobster and temple run. blobster: unlike the person above me, I found it to be a very good game. the controls fit it perfectly, and so do the graphics. A ton of content here too. While it is admittedly easy to pass a lot of the levels, getting perfect on them can sometimes become a biggger challenge. I haven't gotten too far, but the difficulty is rising, so I disagree with ^ about it being to childish and easy. Maybe he hasn't gotten too far into the game, because at first I'll admit it is really easy. Temple run: make this a priority. seriously. This is one of, if not, the best endless games on the appstore. The controls are intuitive, the behind the person perspective is really fresh because of the new elements it adds, the upgrade system is fun, it looks good, and the dev is active and already planning new updates.
Yep, get Temple Run. Don't question. Seriously, no endless runner even compares. It's that fun. ----- Get Final Fantasy III if you already have Chaos Rings Shank.
Alright thanks guys. Sounds like FFIII is the way to go. I just might get omega just because it's going on sale. I'm a bad app hoarder, and that's why I still want to get it, even though it's very similar to the first lol.
scryptic yay or nay? edit: nay the game has loads of errors with words, loads of words the don't exist are made up with the ai using words like plookie and st
I need a good ol dual stick shooter. Been thinkin about Bug Panic but the price is to steep to instabuy it. Can anyone tell me the amount of levels? Thanks!
More than enough. Plus, there's survival mode on all of the maps as well. Also, there's a score trial mode as well on all the maps. The best part of the game is the insanely intense multiplayer though. Still my favorite DSS on the iOS hands down. But yeah, you're not going to finish the campaign in any short time anyways. There's a lite version also. Oh, the game's by CAVE; that's justification enough honestly.
