Do what i did! Jump in a pool and claim it on insurance. that way they will have to give you a 3rd gen+ device
$97.01 for July on the AppStore. $75 for 3DS games in July. $25.93 for the first three days of August on the AppStore. Love calculating my spendings at the end of each month for entertainment/shopping with my girlfriend. Looks like portable gaming was almost 1/3 of the costs for July xD. But holy shit, nearly $100 for July is damn unexpected since I can't really even remember anything good that came out off the top of my head. Meh, most spent since December. August is going to be worse apparently since so many games have already been announced for this month :[.. Yeah, you probably don't care, but I like sharing statistics on TA, lol. ----- Anyways, just got Emberwind. Looks like pretty good stuff so far. Still debating Temple Run xP.
Puzzle Agent on sale for 99c And sequel on sale for 2.99! 2 PA2 updated And bugs fixed And file size only about 210mb after installation!! Highly recommended, bye I'm out to play the 2nd one
Whoa uncompressed file size decreased by nearly 4x too? I think I have to get this as well then today. We'll see.
Alright, I'm dying for a good game to play! Recent highlights? Or just some stellar games that I might not have?
Turns out Temple Run is indeed very good. I'm actually a fan of endless runners, heh, and yeah, this is pretty fresh.
Just finished Puzzle Agent 2 in 2-3 hours(didn't know exact time, just somwhere around 10am as I started and finished at 12.50am!). It was great! Can't wait for third! It kind of hinted at the end HIGHLY RECOMMENDED while it's on sale. yeah, took only about 210mb of my space and no bugs found
Final Fantasy Tactics(MB) Theres a new Cut The Rope Dream Track Nation Guardian Saga(MB) Gesundheit AlphaSwarm Hungribles Qvoid Battle Bears Blast Curvebot RC Plane 2(MB) Also quite a few Square Enix games are on sale right now so if you missed out on those you should get them now! Theres many others but those are all I can think of right now. (MB)=Must Buy
FINAL. FANTASY. TACTICS. The most depth you'll see in any iOS turn-based strategy game. Hunters: Episode One and Great Little War Game are good alternatives if you're not up for spending $15 on FF Tactics.
Ascendancy is a tried-and-true 4x game and is worth getting if you like 4x games. There aren't many on iOS. FFT's got nothing on Battle of Wesnoth in terms of depth. War on Eustrath is decent as well. Nothing against FFT - if it were a new game, I'd be happy to spend the $$$ on it, but considering I've played it before... If you're willing to put up with old graphics & sound, there are a handful of Jullian Gollop games on iOS: Laser Squad is a free IAP in the Commodore64 app, and there is a 6-game pack (Chaos, Lords of Chaos, Laser Squad, Rebelstar, Rebelstar II and Hopping Mad...) In case you've never heard of him, Jullian was the guy behind the X-Com series of games.
