So I was in Wal mart, after my headphones broke. I went to the headphones section of the place in Electronics, and stared at all the different kinds to get. I then noticed something sticking out - headphones in a cardboard box rather than some shiny plastic thing. I took a look at them, and as I looked mroe carefully, the actual earphone part of the things had wood on them. o.o I bought them just to say I had wooden headphones. They actually weren't that bad for twenty bucks. They're made by these people called iMego. I'd never heard of them before. Anyone else heard of em? Their site wouldn't load so I can't take a look. It said www.i-mego.com on the box, but I never got past the country select.
Sounds cool. Were they real wood, as far as you could tell? It could have just been a laminate/plastic coating that looks like wood. I tried finding them on the website, but couldn't find them in the European section and the North American one didn't work. Do you know the specific model? Any more details? Photos? edit - just searched on google. They aren't these ones by any chance are they? These look good anyway.
They kind of look like a modded version of my favorite pair of headphones! LOL sounds like you can only find them at Wal - Mart or maybe Sam's Club! Maybe I will look for them next time I am at Sam's Club.
That's the one. I got the silver wire and not gold though. Thought it'd look -too- flashy. They're pretty strange, I have to say.... Not bad strange, good strange. They do lack bass, which is my one disappointment, but most of the music I have isn't very basstastic. As far as I can tell, it's real wood... It feels like it might be, but it -could- just be plastic made to look like wood. But no matter really, they weren't too expensive. P.S. I kinda forgot I made this thread >>; That's why I haven't responded in awhile.
