I am sorry for your trouble. I will see what I can do about the button on iPad in the next update. Thank you for the great feedback.
Thank you very much for you enjoying my little game. It's too bad you can't leave a review :[ But it's still good to know there is a person who enjoy my game a lot. And thank you for the positive comment on this thread :]
I should resize the buttons for iPad. In the next update I will do what I can. Thank you for your comment. :]
What a pleasant surprise... I must say, I find this game quite satisfying in a purely enjoyment-based way. Realizing how cumbersome that statement is, I don't know if I can say it any better. The game just "feels good" to play and experience. First, to your questions/comments in the OP: sure, you've built something kind of like other things before it, but "not creative?" I would respectfully disagree. It strikes me as VERY creative, and if this is your first attempt, I've got to admit to being pretty curious about what you produce next, and I truly hope you DO produce something next. On an iPhone 4 running iOS6, the controls work great for me. I dig the sounds, I LOVE the art... IDK, everything just feels... "good" when I'm playing. I don't want to ruin anything for anyone, but I've already had a few moments where I could feel my face tightening with a big smile upon being introduced to new gameplay mechanics, enemies, etc. Great work, and please tell your wife I dig her art! tl;dr: Anyone looking for a new subway/tube/bus/car ride/whenever platformer? Check this out. DBC
Found a major big I was trying to IAP some gold to support the dev and after completing the purchase no gold was delivered.. Like the genius I am I tried several times waiting for iTunes bill to see what the deal is..
I don't really play platformer games but this one is sorta like rpg/platform. This is what makes this game unique! I like how you can upgrade your gun power and fire rate. I haven't seen a platform do this. Once I got this game I seriously played a hour. I kept dying but it was okay because I was collecting coins towards my upgrades. It's amazing how this game was made by one dude. Awesome game man! Hope you can put more rpg elements into the game
This is why I like iOS gaming. For reasons like this. You get hours worth of entertainment for a buck. Great job dev!
Really cool game. The controls work fine and I love the look of it. I suck at platformers so I'm struggling even on the first levels but I know it's just because I'm bad and not because the game is too hard. Great Job, your "little game" is my game of the week, I hope it will make it into the poll
Yeah, I agree with you SoS, I'm not great at platformers but I love this one. And to Park Pill: in answer to your original question, this game is certainly not boring! I'm going to delete my promo version of Legend Dary and pay the $.99 so I can support you and leave a nice AppStore review. Seriously give this a try, it's worth the buck people
I am happy to see here and really happy to here the best review I have ever got. :] It's batter good to know someone "feels good" about my game. And I told my wife you dig her artwork. She is really happy about it. Thank you for the great impression for the game. Have a nice day.
I am truly sorry about that. I tested all several devices iPhone4, 5 and iPad 3. Can you please tell me what device are you using? I should test more on that one.
Thank you for playing my little game :] I hope this game make you into the platformers. And thank you again for the positive feedback. I will update more stages and weapon. So wait for it :]
Thanks for the positive feedback! :] I will update for more stages in my earliest chance. So I hope you can enjoy more later.
Played last week and got waylaid with work but as per dbc above - genuine moments of goodness and gladness when I jumped in vehicles. Actually rock hard too in places just like all good platformers. Plays fantastically well on smaller devices - haven't tried iPad as I'm happy with this on my phone as is.
Only did the tutorial stage so far, but loving the feeling of this one already. Needs to be more background/foreground separation (foreground elements get lost in the washed out background), but other than that, I love the art. Vehicles are are really great idea, swiping in/out + up/down is awesome. Looking forward to the rest of the game, great job, @Park Pill! I don't see a website or blog for you, just a Facebook page. Mind if I ask what you programmed this in? (cocos 2D, Unity, - doesn't seem like either - rolled your own framework?)
Love platformers! Wanna see what this is all about! Will download this today! Lots of nice feedback for this game that was made with a husband and wife team!
