So what I love is why can't we see the many letters and warning he OBVIOUSLY received previously? I gather he shopped this about as if it came out of the blue and he has NO IDEA why they banned his ass.
He probably will recruit some other scumbag to create an account for him to sell under. Of course from that point all everyone has to look for is another 900 bs apps for $4.99 and he'll be gone again. And as far as Khalid planning on suing Apple for getting kicked out...this guy will be lucky if the FBI doesn't investigate him and charge him with a crime or if one of the many game companies he copied everything off of in his games doesn't sue him first. Anyway the only way Khalid would have a chance of winning his lawsuit is if the court hearing the case is in California...

One thing I don't understand Is that all of the stories that talk about this ban call him the 3rd most prolific developer in the app store with 800+ apps. That means there are two groups with MORE than that in the store??!?!?!? Unfortunately, yes. Just look up Brighthouse Labs. Last time I checked they had twice that in the App Store, all pretty much the same BS, only without the copyright infringement. Tons of single-city maps, single-city newspaper viewers, etc, etc. Largely, this is because they also publish other people's crapps.
apple tut tut there should be a limit to how many apps you can have on the app store per month, per week, per day.
