i feel sorry for whoever doesnt get modern warfare 2 i swear, as soon as i get it, im locking myself in my room and playing it 24/7, hands down.

You should get it cause it's an awesome game, but I don't think you need to know the story, they're kinda like the Indiana Jones films... related in ways but each works on it's own. ...and no, you don't level up. Think Tomb Raider. You'll get more weapons as you play through the game but that's about as far as it goes.

At least try the infamous Demo before you get prototype i guess it's not for everyone but I thought it was awesome. And for uncharted it might be good to play the first one first just so you know the characters. It's only like 9 hour playthrough on normal without knowing exactly what to do so you could get it beat it in a day or two and then move on to the second one. And also you might want o play it first so you can fully appreciate how mug better the second one is
i have a xbox, i dont like it, especially since you have to pay for online and it doesnt have wireless built in, or blutooth
but you're paying for a better online experience. compare psn connection to xbl connection, and you'll see.

talk to any avid gamer who pays attention to their connection and have played on both consoles, and they will say the 360 is better connection wise. i'm not being a fanboy here, but there really is a reason you're paying for connection.
now by connection, do you mean connection to the servers, or connection between the console and the internet?
You're not being a fanboy? You came into a ps3 thread to say how xbox is better and you're claiming that you're not a fanboy? And a service doesn't have a better connection its the connection to the server for whatever particular game you are playing it has nothing to do with the service. Xbox live is better for connecting with friends and whatnot though. And btw to thread starter I strongly encourage you to try the infamous demo. And in regards to what was mentioned before you shouldn't be getting just either infamous or prototype; they are very different games. There was a ridiculous console war that started over these two games which shouldn't have occurred because the games have no similarites beyond the point of being open world and about superheroes. Infamous is more of a third person shooter and prototype is like the incredible hulk game (radical entertainment actually made the most recent hulk game also). Haven't played prototype, but I hear its pretty fun also. Watch videos for both and try demos to give yourself a better idea of what both are about and you may even want to get both games.
tbh, i'm not sure. i would assume the the server though, not 100% on that though that's great, but there is more lag during online gameplay with a ps3 vs. a 360 if they are both in the same place. and let me refer you to this: i was stating why you pay for the 360 connection, any more questions genius?

Console wars are for losers. Everybody knows games originated and are played best on PC. ...Anyways, Brutal Legend looks rock solid. I'd recommend Gran Turismo 5 but that's still a few months away. So GT5 Prologue or Need For Speed: Shift if you're into racing games. Katamari Forever was just released. It's basically the same thing as every other Katamari game though. Which is a good thing. Katamari series is ridiculous fun.
ok so i tried the infamous demo, and i likes running aroung and jumping and such, but i didnt like how the red guys were always after me, is it like that throughout the game, do i go to differnt cities?
