Hey In this week Xsx wasn't available for work so I managed everything by myself. I concentrated mainly on code fixing and various enhancements to the engine to make our progress more agile so I haven't been able to show you many cool things on the blog So sad for that! But shortly we'll keep back with spoilers instead that just code fixing Mantaining an engine like this is really complex and it is making me crazy, so from time to time I have to refactor the source code to be able to handle everything better.
code fixing is a great thing i started reading the thread from the back.. saw the beta build up and immediately went to the first page saw the graphics, the style, please lemme know if you are looking for beta testers (especially if you need iPad 2) i'm keen
Please don't worry about us being restless and nagging you about updates and beta-testing. Just take your time and finish the game in your own pace. Of course we're really anxious to try it out cause it looks so awesome (I check this thread AND your blog at least twice a day), but I'd rather see you spend another few months to make an awesome game than rush and release something half-finished due to feeling pressured. You can craft things, explore random worlds,collect or sell LOTS of treasures, build your mailbox and start receiving quests, and the game will be expanded upon player requests weekly. Hi, no iPad version for now, we're sorry. I'ts not our priority at the moment, but it will be considered later if the game is well received by the community.

Nice, like it. Maybe you should have different types of skulls that can be collected - some rare, others very common. Just a thought, unless those are just there for means of decoration.

Everything is just written by scratch and finely tuned. It's a physics engine optimized to work with blocks, it manages debris, loots and mobs. I'm quite proud of it because so far it's really performant -Jack
