No problem. Wish I could share my beta with everyone so you all get a chance.

BTW just figured out the whole stone issue. Turns out there are "unbreakable" stones and those were the ones I was trying to break. You would recognize them from the old videos where the stones slid down the dirt like a boulder... except these dont slide. If you destroy everything around it the block just floats.

    Bug?

Falling boulders still don't satisfy us so they just don't fall and behave as every other block but they are not undiggable, they just require a minimum level for the tool: a wood pickaxe is not enough for example.

Some other blocks are undiggable because they have things on their top (eg: you can't destroy a tree by just removing the dirt block beneath it).

We managed to open the forum: forum.pixbits.com, just sign up there so we will be able to manage everything in a cleaner way :)

They were probably chosen randomly, and from their twitter it seems like there might be another wave. Don't quote me on that though.

So how are the controls, and the feel of the game? Does it feel smooth?

There will be another wave; I don't think the testers were chosen randomly, probably the ones with most beta experience were chosen.

I don't remember being asked for my experience when I applied...

I wasn't asked anything when I applied, I just sent the email to the address provided, since the webpage wouldn't load for me to apply on their site. Doesn't every beta ask for past experience?

No the webpage application didn't ask for experience. I guess not every beta asks for past experience.

The controls take a bit to get used to, but the game flows very well. To move you just tap and slide to the left or right. Jack automatically jumps up ledges (that are one space). Attacking/breaking stuff down involves just tapping, so it is very easy and intuitive.

I applied through a link to a form on their website, wasn't asked for experience.

Edit: actually, the guys that got in: how did you apply?
That will end speculation on my part.

I really hope there will be a second wave of testers. Was really hoping to get in and dig in and start finding some bugs.

Not quite. I've tested quite slot of games and I wasn't chosen. Plus they never asked for it in the application

Yes very intuitive. Tap to attack/destroy/place blocks. Drag your finger to move side to side. Jack automatically climbs over single block ledges. Swipe up to jump. Swipe diagonal to dash (lets you jump over single blocks). It is awesome

    Awesome

The game is very smooth and easy to use :)
Loading up a new world doesn't take that long either :)
I love all the animations and the different effects . One feature I particularly like is that sometimes you find bigger spider mob things and when you hit them a couple of times they split in half to make two smaller mobs :)

And there is lots of secret items packed in as well - I found a red used shoe and a sprite :)

Just wondering pixbits, are you guys aloud to use the sprite can item ?
Because I wouldn't want the cocacola company throwing a fit at you guys :(

    Thankyou :D
