Terrific word! This sets the bar at 8 letters. I embedded a 9 letter word in this puzzle, so there is at least one word that can beat this. I'll leave it open until tonight.

Darn. I thought we could re-use letter as long as they were connected. Since it seems the letters only disappear after being used three times? In the game I would be able to form this word no? Or maybe not I don't know lol. Might have to stick to logicise...
haha, another crazy word ... you would kick ass at this game. So far the longest word I have seen is a friend get PREDESTINES (11 letters). Unfortunately the 'O' was used twice, and that is not allowed. Currently the word to beat is LOGICISED (9 letters) by S.I.D.
Unfortunately the way the game is now, no you couldn't submit that word. However, allowing such a thing would introduce an interesting dynamic (*lightbulb*). Maybe in the 1.1 update...
