    Hi,

I am planning to sell my iPhone with all the apps and games in it, do you think this is possible? Would it be problem when I try to install my apps to the new iPhone?

I hope this is not off-topic, it's related to apps/games after all.

Well, the buyer of the iPhone wouldn't get the apps because they were bought using a different account than his/hers so they wouldn't sync over. So, no you can't charge them extra for the apps, if that is what you mean.

As for you, all of your apps will remain in your iTunes, so when you sync with the new device, then they will just sync over.

    wrong section btw.

I'm pretty sure you can leave the apps on it and not have a problem

HOWEVER, if you are planning to sell your iPhone on eBay you won't get very far. They remove listings if you advertise that your device comes preloaded with apps, songs, or videos.

In order for the games to be on it the device has to be verified through your Itunes account. Which means they have access to your account.

Take off the verification and it wipes the device clean.

It's the same as selling an ipod with music on it (which is illegal). You can sell the ipod but eventually they will need to sync it, and when that happens all that music is gone.

Of course there are ways around it all but since the act itself is illegal we probably can't discuss it here ;)

Thanks guys. I was thinking since I am going to sell it why don't I leave the apps on it as a gesture. But seems like not the best idea :)

I recommend you take off any personal information from your device when you sell it though. Some apps collect information online about you.
Other than that, let them use the apps, and if they like them they can buy them in the app store. :)

Or the other approach is until their first "app sync" they can try the apps.
