I don't even really care what is on OS 4.0... with jailbreaking, there is almost nothing I want to do that I can't already. My only interest in 4.0 is whether the Dev team will get off their asses and put together a proper jailbreak for it. I'm disappointed with the new devices (w/ new bootroms) in which there is currently only a tethered jailbreak. I'll be sticking with 3.1.2 until they (probably Geohot) make a jailbreak tool for 4.0... just as I have with every other new version of OS up until now. I can't really imagine paying for themes... and I doubt any UI improvements will be as robust as what you can do jailbreaking. jailbreak > iDevice OS x.x
That is exactly the reason they stated iPod Touch owners had to pay - iPhone users are paying for upgrades regularly...
I would love to see a "Theme" section in the app store, probably will never happen though. Just think all the people that would complain and rate 1 star because all the icons on that person's phone/touch don't match.

Yeah! It should be 1st hour it's out, free. After that, $1. The next day, $2. The next day, $3. and on and on until it's at 10 bucks. I'm sick of getting ripped off cause I don't procrastinate.
I think that folders are a must. I think its safe to say that most people here can't fit all of their apps on 11 pages. I have close to 30 pages now (glitched). I still can't understand why it is possible to do all that on jb devices but not legit ones. Custom icons option would also be welcome. Doubt that we'll get all that though.
The thing I want most of all is something that'll let me keep my app data after I've deleted it from my iPod.
I agree with You all. So I guess it is time for our move now. Does anyone know how to contact Steve Jobs or at least Apple design section? I am talking seriously, trust me, I have a odd gift which allows me to contact wth everyone and usually they reply me Someone has to remind Apple about their faithful fans.
