I don't know why these two titles aren't Universal but hypothetically speaking they might have first developed them for PC and then decided to try an iPad port since it didn't require too much re-engineering. I thought iPad-only sales wouldn't apply here since it's under the "iPhone and iPod Touch" section but I guess I was wrong and the added iPad mention in the topic title makes it appropriate. I don't know why these two titles aren't Universal but hypothetically speaking they might have first developed them for PC and then decided to try an iPad port since it didn't require too much re-engineering. Maybe the Retina display is too small for it and Awen aren't ready to invest much more effort in these titles.
