    OH SHIT!

I just turned my iPad on and it was fine for about a minute and then the screen started going green, much like in these photos:

I've turned it off and I'm scared to turn it back on, I think I'll try a restore.

I don't get it though, it's been working fine for about a fortnight.

That's a color you'd get when your monitor cable is loose to a computer (when using a computer lol). Did you did a complete shutdown and restart (holding the power down for 3 seconds..etc.)?

Beat it with a Hammer, then dump it in Hot Sauce.

    Okay, I (sorta) fixed it.

I didn't restore it, but while it was connected to my computer I hit it a bit, going off what JCat said to try and get a loose cable to go into place, and it restarted itself for no apparent reason. Mostly fixed, but flickers green occasionally...

I'm going to take it into the Apple store here when they are released in Australia because I do believe I am covered by Apple's international warranty.

You bought a first gen device, you're Apple's guinea pig now. They're gonna wait for your iPad to **** up royally, then fix it for the second wave of consumers.
