oh my jeeze.....RedSn0w 0.9.5b5-4 jailbreaks iOS4....i had iOS4 jailbroken since the GM was seeded to us devs.
Where did you get that screenshot? It looks like it's an iPhone 4 screenshot (bigger resolution) ??? Has the iPhone 4 been jailbroken/unlocked yet?

You're at 3.1.2 but jailbroken with spirit? I thought blackra1n was for 3.1.2? Well I'm at 3.1.2 too, iTunes 9.0.3.15, but jailbroken with blackra1n, I'd like to ask the same question as you too, is there a JB for OS4 right now without restore? NOT iPhone 4.
You can't be serious. SBSettings- having fine-grain control over your device. Winterboard- theming every aspect of your phone (if you're into that kinda thing) backgrounder- having this, with apples version of multi-tasking is pretty awesome IMO The list goes on and on.......
My reasons for jailbreaking are Mywi for tethering my iPad (even though I'm still waiting for an iOS 4 compatible version, Categories the folder app that is WAY better than the iOS folders and last but not least SNES emulator for my iPad that uses my iPhone as joypad. I just wish that that last one also gave an option to use a Wiimote
First of all, SBSettings is in no way in iOS4, and it only includes the most basic form of Winterboard. Just because you are satisfied does not mean that everyone else is. Have fun with your basic OS and come back when you truly want to customize your phone the way that YOU like it.
I have an iPhone 3GS running 3.1.3 and I jailbroke it with Spirit about 3 weeks ago. Which program can I use to jailbreak 4.0? I have the old bootroom cause I bought it the first day it came out. Im a little confused, any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Do you have your SHSHs on file? If you do, you need to downgrade to 3.1.2 before you can jailbreak. If you can't downgrade you are out of luck at this time. For more at info at Modmyi click here.
Yes I have my SHSHs for 3.1.2 and 3.1.3 on Cydia. Thanks for the info, but isnt pwnagetool only for mac? I have Windows Vista.
