I've had to use this feature twice when I had a couple apps not working like they should.

Apple e-mailed me back in less than a day and refunded the money 3-5 business days. Excellent customer service.

I left the apps that I had refunded in my Applications tab in iTunes and they didn't update so I deleted them.

    Australia, mate!
Does 'I finished the game and now I'm bored of it' count as an acceptable reason for a refund?

If you candy-coat it as "not working as described", I'm sure you could ;)

Loved to see one for Battle of Wesnoth:

"The App description clearly says it will take 300+ hours to finish this game but I did it in 285. I wanna refund nowz"

I got my refund for Modern Combat today, it only took one day.
Thank you Apple, sorry I had to ask for a refund but I gotta hit them where it hurts, they're leading iPhone gaming right now but they need to do better or else big publishers will come in and take them out of business, specially since they slowed down their other mobile phone development.

Gameloft, I only hurt you cause I love you. Get it right next time!

What if I accidentally got an app because I already owned it, I was just doing the re-dl trick, but turns out I had bought it on my other account and not the one I used to re-dl it..lol.

Wasn't a game, it was FlickTunes. I got it free awhile ago, but I used my UK account because that's when iTunes kept saying my security code was invalid. And I don't want to waste $2 :p
