Anyone know the definite way to get to the Star Wars themed bonus level? I've been there a couple times and it always happens while hitting rings sequentially. At this point, I'm in rush mode and getting ten rings in a row and I can't get back there. Is it completely luck based? Edit: I finally did it. See my next comment on this page
Purchased to support devs charging what they deserve for their hard work. I would have paid 9.99 for this
I think it has something to do with getting more rings while already at max speed. Also, my 41k easy- score didnt get uploaded.
I finally did it! I think you have to be at level three at least, on the museum, in RUSH! mode, and hitting a ton of rings. Could be a coincidence, but check out my video where I finally do it. Also, spoilers for the "best ending" achievement. http://youtu.be/fzvBfzVKXJU (video still uploading. May be about 30 minutes from now) Edit: There's also a really weird glitch that occurs. It scared the crap out of me because I thought I would have to do the whole process all over again.
Devs, if your listening... 1) Give us the option to turn off the vibrate. 2) Please move the pause button out of the strike zone. Thank you!
Literarily lol'd out loud, because i had same thought and reaction. Seems to be the long travel to the battlestar. And here i quitt to watch your video. Going to try out...and thank you !
I've only played through the first level, but from what I see, this game is truly special. I quit after the first stage and when I went back I had to start all over. Sorry if this has been asked, but is there a save option or is just that you have to start all over. Any help in this matter would be great!
Damn I just saw an ending, even with tags saying "spoiler" all over it. Damn You have to start over in each difficulty.
Each regular game goies on for 4 or 5 stages, totalling 10 to 15 minutes (rough estimate). Not really a need to add per-stage-saves
Oh, hi there! This is Tim Winsky. I'm the programmer and designer for Indiana Stone. I'm at a loss of words to describe how happy I am to see so many of you enjoying this game. It's funny how easy it is to be anxious that players won't like a game because it's not just like other popular titles. It was important for me to make fun of the saturation of endless runners while also creating something that stands out on its own merits, so I spent a ton of time refining and polishing little things. I get a strong sense that those of you who have posted about your experiences so far really "get it" in the same way that this game feels special to me. There are some good suggestions in this thread. I will consider each of them and begin working on an update to the game in a couple of weeks. I'm also surprised that some of you have reached the secret ending already! I encourage you to talk about this but please try to keep explicit spoilers to a minimum. I apologize that I will be slow to respond (I'm currently out of town) but I will reply to any direct questions whenever I get a chance. Thank you for supporting Indiana Stone!
Wow... ingenious developer name. Twin Sky = T Winsky. Anyways the only thing i think that may need improvement is to move the pause button at the top of the screen, and an option to move the Pow meter on the left and right side for lefties like me. Thanks for an awesomely awesome and unique game, and for making it premium. I have already coerced 2 friends to buy it and they love it. Hopes of success for IStone!
Welcome to the forums, Tim Winsky (agree with you EP)!! And now that you are here, THANK YOU for Indiana Stone, I think your game should be at a museum for other decelopers to be inspired. Seriously. Its a throwback to the non-IAP good times of before.
Happy welcome Twinsky ! Congrats again to my GOTW ! Such a refreshing runner this is. I can see other tiny little tweaks, but this pause button should be a priority in your first update, (begging) and fast, Please. Invisible on top, or better, put it into the 'Rush-Meter' ? It really hinders me to reach the highest ranking, though i'm not sure that i will ever make it without some unknown secrets of yours. Have a nice weekend.
Mi iPod has become a lot more fun since Indiana Stone and Rediculous Fishing have come out! Great job on the game, Twinsky!
Hey Tim, welcome to TouchArcade. I just love how everyone in this thread is on the same page. No price complaints, no IAP complaints, just everyone proclaiming their love for this awesome, awesome game. When I first TOFTT, I was afraid I. Stone wouldn't get the attention it deserves...so the way this thread turned out is just kick-ass!
