I'll premise this statement that I am not a huge fan of runners, I can take them or leave them. Having said that, I.Stone rocks! Every now and then a game comes along and just like a comfortable pair of shoes, it just fits. Everything about this game clicks with me on a zen-like harmony. So so so glad I picked this up. This will stay on my phone, period. Awesome treat.

If you're using an iPod Touch 4G you may want to hold off on getting this for now. It gets quite laggy when things get hectic, and crashes almost every time in endless mode. :(

Despite this, I'm still having great fun with the game. It's easily worth the price and is probably my favourite of the 3 games I've bought this week, the other 2 being Chopper Mike and GoatUp 2. :)

I've actually had a bit of choppiness when it gets fast on hard and endless too on my 4S. Still great game though.

So close to smashing the buy button on this . I'm usually not to keen on endless runners , but the theme is ultra cool and I love the blocky graphics . Plus all the positive comments .

Oh dear only 6 bucks left on iTunes account, and I HAVE to get nameless . The quandaries of a gamer lol .

Was a hella funny trailer too ! istone for your iPhone lol - could be misconstrued for something else ;)

Haha, yep. Haven't spent much time with it yet, but it seems to have the same Minter mentalness that we all know and love. :p

Thanks Andy for letting me know. I'll watch list it for now. Yeah I feel like my itouch 4g is so ancient now. It would be nice to have a Mini iPad 2 with retinal display right now. And since the sales of the original mini is still going strong Apple doesn't have to rush it!!:) do want to upgrade with something this year! And then there will be something else coming along!

I hear ya on the tilt control thing, but for some reason this game is an exception, what with the the cool retro graphics and the quirky sound effects. Seems like I've heard them before. :D Game play is fun and addictive. Always love it when someone uses an old done to death mechanic and somehow makes it fresh! This is one of those! I'm diggin' it!

You're welcome dude, but I have to still recommend this game!

I'm in the same boat as you, I'll probably cave and get the Mini soon. I know a better version will come out not long after, but I think going from an iPod Touch 4G to an iPad Mini should be enough to keep me satisfied for awhile.

    P.S. #1 on Easy Mode. :D

Got the game based on Cygnet's last post ( I rarely enjoy e-runners ) and boy oh boy am I not disappointed . This is fresh and doesn't feel at all like your typical endless runner . I like the fact that story is broken up in stages and the mechanics/control are just perfect . Add in a nice dose of humour and charming graphics and you have a winner :)

I love these games that come out of nowhere and are just awesome . Well worth the coin . In fact in the end I might enjoy this more than ridiculous fishing and that's saying something . Kudos to you TwinSky .

Does anyone know how to get to the Star Wars part?
Or how to unlock the best ending?

Since Syntheticvoid is loving this that pushed me over the edge... I getting it right now!
Edit: what a fantastic game!!!! Everything ran good all the way through easy mode through the credits and then it crashed but what a rush and what a production value here:)

The best ending would be to destroy "Luke Skywalker" in the trench,
i guess. But i entered this part only three times by now (normal mode)
and i died fast. Merde. It's not that easy because i did not see any
victims to kill for the 'Pow' either.

For entering that mode, you defenitely need to be in 'Rush' mode
and then catch the red rings. And there's the 'Pow' again...somehow..
Still trying to figure it out, exactly.

I just started playing this game. I picked it up after all the positive reviews. I'm definitely enjoying the game so far. I like that you play as the boulder chasing down the "hero" instead of the other way around- unique take on the genre. I'm also a big fan of the no iap.
