Ya i dont think there is a mens field hockey team where i live only women. Ice hockey is awesome im in U.S i hope it gets huge so sportsecenter will show more then 2 damn games a day...Go Avalanche ya baby
Like which games? I want some back up. How can i believe you if you only have two posts... Fo' Sho' Man! (haha, don't ya love slang?) Loving Stinger Table Hockey...i'm almost done making all the NHL teams with the team customizations.
And have you played X2 soccer and x2 snowboard? They are both insanely great games thst work well on the iPhone and are equivalent to a Fifa or SSX game. While some sports types don't work amazingly on the iPhone there hasn't been a single one that I have been very disappointed with. Oh yeah and to add to the above part the gameloft skateboarding game is great too. And seeing as how hockey is essentially soccer on ice, it shouldn't be too hard to make a great hockey game because all of the soccer ones are good. Ok, now to my impressions on the video. The puck definitely moves too fast... Either that or the camera. The camera jumps around too quickly when it should be a nice slow fade to where the puck is now. Also I canT really see a passing animation. The rink looks pretty small and players can get from one end to the other in only a second or two. Make the size realistically proportional to the players. Final note; I hope you devs have been playing a lot of NHL 10 lately because that game does hockey right (and I am super into it right now). Take some of the things from that game and implement them into yours. Overall I think te game moves way too fast, play/watch some NHL 10 to see the proper speed that it should be.
+1 @dev´s does the teams have differnet +/- so for example the USA has the best goal keeper? do you plan adding a training mode ? ( you can set the number of players and can decide if you want to do bullies or sth like that) can you move your goalie from the ice is there an overtime ?
And you're wrong, considering that the reviews on Itunes are all 3.5 stars or higher. And if you don't care for sports games on the iPhone, why are you posting in this thread?

We've been working hard all day making last minute adjustments but, finally, we've submitted the game to Apple I plan to do an updated game-play video later this week and I'll post it here when I do. Thanks for all the feedback - it's been really helpful. As said previously, we'll reward the top 10 most active users here with a promo code for the game (or gift it or paypal the cost). We'll do this once we have a release date for the game.
