How do you protect your games from being nuked?

Is there a way to protect our games from malicious types for example, maybe some service that keeps an eye on a game and looks out for any undesired activities - be it extreme attacks like defacing the icon or more subtle attacks like projecting it straight down out of the barrel of a bazooka? So the service would keep a secure and accurate record of all changes to an app's state on a store. Then if anyone questioned an activity the proof would be freely available for all to see (rather than hidden behind a wall of silence, say).

You see, I am extremely concerned that my next game will get nuked - call it intuition if you like - and being my third attempt I would rather like fair play. Of course I am yet to get my developer license back (which was lost due to a complete lack of funds unfortunately). So presuming there's no further complications with that...How can I protect my new game from the real undesirables?

    Actions taken:

*No external testers (impossible without renewing developer account anyway).
    *No iTC placeholders (as above).
*No "Launch as soon as approved" (as above).
*No expectations (other than to expect the unexpected).

    Actions desired:

*Early exposure of icon / accessible proof of launch day assets.
*Or some global database which could obtain submission details automatically.
*Scheme to renew developer account in advance (option to pay upfront fee for next year).
*Method to contact chiefs at iTC, rather than data-entry-keyers at iT.

At this time I'm in a bit of a jam where I would like to register my new game and announce it for the end of the year. I realise that some people are not amused at my standing up against malicious types, but I *need* fair play and will do what it takes to achieve this. The rest I can do on merit alone, thanks.
