You know you've had a good idea when somebody pinches it. That's exactly what has happened to us with Ho Ho Ho Yellow Snow. If you have seen the game Bad Santa and thought it seemed a little familiar thats because because its an alomost carbon copy of our original flash game. Last night I was searching for Yellow Snow on the appstore and I found a game called Bad Santa (http://www.appstorehq.com/badsanta--iphone-103548/app) on the App store which is a blatant copy of our original Ho Ho Ho Yellow Snow Flash game http://www.matmi.com/games/HoHoHoYellowSnow/. What pis!*ed me off (forgive the pun) was the fact that they took our Santa graphic, the Bladder graphic and even stole our music. Their description is the same as our original description for the game. As we are officially launching Ho Ho Ho Yellow Snow Deluxe with Netlog tonight, this copied game has caused me some problems and a sleepless night. http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=35062 I have written to Lemicosoft and they have apologized and informed me that the game has been removed from the app store.
