I didn't think the graphics were too bad. The car interiors were nice and detailed/realistic and the car exteriors look nice and shiny Remember, it isn't all about the graphics. Driver had worse graphics, but it was still a great game. HAWX didn't have graphics as good as Ace Combat: XI but it was still better (based on the actual gameplay/missions, not on the amount of content ).
Yeah, but the cockpit view is just bad, pretty sure it looks almost the same with the HD video. And it ain't a big problem, just IMO I think the game would be more awesome with better graphics.
Well, the cockpit view does look nicer than Shift, that I agree. Although I see that it is more smooth controlling your car in the cockpit view in Shift than in GT Racing, by the looks of the videos.
Yes, the animation could be better. But the rough edge of the car motion is an element missing in the iphone iteration of NFS: Shift that helped to give the console version the thrill sense of motion: Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel
Yeah, I agree. I played the demo version of Shift in my Xbox, definitely a missing element. Why can't iPhone games be more like the console games?
comparisons Of course GT Academy is placed at a disadvantage as it is still in production and has a lower quality video Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel
buy a playstation 3, anyway i dont care it doesnt look as good as some other racing game, i really love games like these!^^
yep. And gameloft even SAYS (tweets ) that they haven't played any other racing games on their iDevices!
hmm, watching the video, it looks really good. I don't know why everyone is complaining so much. The interior view is actually the interior of the car and there are dirt courses. I don't see anything wrong thusfar with this game.
