Gameloft's games are known for lacking replayability, and obviously, a difficult game would increase replayability.
I don't know what you are talking about For the following, I played GT Racing with breaking assistant turned completely off. As an simulation game compared to other ones with hardcore physics on the iPlattform (Real Racing, Jet Car Stunts) or other Platform simulation games GT Racing is very very easy. It screams desperately for easy / medium / hard mode, currently it is stuck at a default easy mode it seems, because once you are fine with the controls and all, you can easily get in a 4 round race nearly a whole round head start to the AI cars, and thats just a joke! Thats a indignity to pro gamers, and pro gamers are the main customers for amibitious racing simulation games, and everything in GT Racing screams "I want to be a racing simulation!!". Ferrari GT Evolution is also a joke in case of difficulty, you can choose a car with 200 km/h max velocity and win with half round head start to AI cars which are cars with 300-360 max. Please compare by yourself Real Racing and GT Racing, try to get in Real Racing to unlock the "A" difficulty, if you think GT Racing is "hard", prepare to get blown away in Real Racing "A" I see myself as an experienced racing simulation gamer, and Real Racing+JCS are the only ones which I would call hard. You can only bring some exitement into GT Racing, if you have the breaking assistant up to 30-40 percent, then the game engine will force you down in curves, and a whole round head start won't be possible.

I have the same thing setup. I feel like this is the ultimate game to have - I almost feel as though I will be finally happy after 34 years once I download this game Sad...I know.
Wow those graphics are really bad. The iPad has hardware good enough to kick the ass of a PS2 or maybe even an original XBOX. What I'm seeing here is not much better than PS1 quality stuff. In that sense, even a 3GS can get much better graphics than that.
there must be something wrong with your eyes i think!! this doesn't look bad at all in my humble opinion.
The game looks great. I can see how it may not look great to an anxious teen, but when you have gone through life earning better graphics only by living through time, you can really appreciate so much more.
