Hey guys whenever I try to redeem a gifted app I get an unknown error (5002). Any ideas on how to fix this? I don't have anything in my shopping cart and almost everything out there says you have to clear your shopping cart to fix it.
What date was the app gifted to you? There was one day last week were all gifted apps were messed up and unredeemable. If you're getting the 5002 error the only way to get the app is to have the gifter ask for a refund from iTunes and then regift it.
