you kill 30 feds and you have to get 3 badges until the feds car that says fbi on the car comes!!

 

For the misssion A Boom with a View:

I'm not sure if this has been adressed, but what I did is I shot the boat until its health was deep red (not killing it all the way), which makes it go slower.

Well, I think I did that. It's been a long time since I did that mission.

Well i drive a car like crazy dude guy then the 1st cop i see and then thats a star for hitting his car the get out of the car and kill the cop then get back ib the car and look for more cops thats how i get 5 stars lol

make sure you go in the "subway" where only one track goes in because the "subway" where two tracks go in doesn't have it

Hey guys i just finished the game and i have all of the wheels and surfboards. I was wondering if there is anything else to do now that i finished the game. Also, if anyone could post more briefcase location that will be greatly appreciated. I need more money for RPGs!!

i finish the story too
but some achievements are still undergoing
is it we need to finish all achievements so that the percentage of game completed shown in statistic is 100%?
second anyone can advice how to achieve to get all the health pack and the bulletin body proof (the two achievements)?

just walk up to a parked car and then press the button with a down arrow in the bottom-right corner of your screen. now leave you ipod/iphone/ipad for 30mins. make sure that autolock is disabled.
