Zombie Karts Assassins Creed I dont know why people are bitching about great games like mc: sandstorm or gangster they are great games unless you suck
Flight Control (snore-fest) Castle of Magic (terrible controls) Radiant (love the graphics, sounds, and gameplay, but way to hard [for me]) Spore Origins (got boring after awhile) Soosiz (got boring too) Alien Glyphs (too repetitive) Orbital ($.99 is too much for such a small game, let alone $3) Aqua Forest ($7 for this? WAY too expensive) Meteor Blitz (need better upgrades and more... depth) Leaf Trombone (Really awesome!!! for 5 minutes) iBeer (my friends convinced me to get these games.) iMunchies (read above this) iSoda (read above this) I love Katamari (too short, too expensive) Eliminate (Just kidding! Its free and fun!) I am NOT saying that these are bad games, there is just something about them that makes me regret purchasing them.
Sniper vs Sniper: controls Wolfenstein: got old after ep 2(love DOOM tho!) Pocket God: how can u like this game? A.D.D:so much hype for such a lame game Jet Car stunts: just too hard
Zenonia and Dungeon Hunter are both excellent games. Dungeon Hunter is not a hard game either, but I would regret buying Cozyquest and Virtual Villagers 3. They were both wastes of money and time.
I just though there was a too much grinding, which i dont have a problem with, but the game was just too tedious.
honestly every gameloft game since i beat them pretty quick and its pretty useless afterwards i never regret buying cheap ones even if they dont last long since they are cheap
really cause jet car stunts is my favorite game once i got good at it after a couple levels. As for pocket god i like it but they dont update much anymore but ut us still a must have for all the content ( i wish they would put everything in one map though) I agree with the rest
Most of the games I regret buying as a game period no ones probably even heard of like bad spades games or bad skeeball games... As far as the more well known games...mostly I just regret paying X amount of money for games that I feel were only worth Y amount after playing them. So its more about the price paid then anything.
for me, i end up wasting money on games when no good games have come out recently. i always feel the need to have a new game after i finish a game but when no good ones have been released lately, i end up wasting $ on a lame game i soon regret however, lately there have been a TON of great games to come out.
AirCoaster Pro. Not even worth $0.99. No tutorial on how to make a coaster, and the user created ones are absolute trash.
Castle of Magic - It's a fun game, and the graphics are absolutely amazing, but I find the childish nature of the story a little off putting. The Deep Pinball - Flawless graphics, but the game itself has very little replay value because it's missing some of the side features that come with most pinball machine. Geared - Because of my childhood fascination with gears, I thought this game was going to be a blast. I uninstalled it 3 days after purchase. Canabalt - A simple 1 button jumping game with 8-bit graphics shouldn't cost more than GeoDefense Swarm, Castle Frenzy, or Jet Car Stunts. It's a total ripoff. Melon Golf - I love the visual style, and the gameplay is very unique. I don't know why, but I just lost complete interest in this game. Pocket God - Torturing pygmies bores me... Spore Origins - Who in their right mind thought that playing as a single cell organism would be fun? Ugh... Spy Bot Chronicles - It's an okay game. I just wish that I had used the money that I spent on this on something else.
lol, well just in case DGH sees it. It's not really a bad game at all and I like line drawing games, but this take on the genre didn't really seem fun to me. No hate here really and it probably is the best shooter on the platform, however seeing as the competition is a bit scarce, that really doesn't say much. The game just wasn't fun for me and it being the "best" on the iPhone doesn't make it anymore fun. I've played plenty of PSP games that are better than it, but that's just me. I have no idea what games you've played.
de Blob, Guitar Rock Tour 1, iMech, Kitty Cannon (realized it wasn't Kitten Cannon, the flash one), and there's probably more I overlooked.
After a few weeks of camping in my device, I deleted Civilization Revolution just now. It's possible it's because Rogue Planet and Wesnoth are getting my TBS time or probably because I really never got into Civ Rev no matter how I tried. I was a big fan of the Civ IV pc version and when I first started Civ Rev for the iPhone, I was a bit disappointed. I know, it's crazy comparing an iPhone game to a full PC one but this one was just too lackluster imho. But I still TRIED to play it now and then and hoped I'd get to like it. Finally deleted today. I feel ok when a small inexpensive game disappoints but I had high hopes for this and... oh well. Perhaps I'll install it again someday.
Canabalt is definitely one I felt wasnt worth the asking price and regret buying. Its the most shallow game as far as controls and gameplay, tap to jump... Thats it, the game controls everything else which is basically just running and moving the background. No powerups of any kind, same background scenery over and over with a couple repeat effects. Play the game for 30 seconds, YES 30 SECONDS and you've seen everything there is to offer. The music is good, but you need to have headphones on for it to sound good for the iphone version. If you dont have headphones on it sounds like crap. A cool atmosphere and presentation gets old quick when there is no substance to go with it. Value is substance, content and there just aint enough there compared to even most $.99 games in the store.
