why wouldn't gameloft make anymore FPS games? They usually go up to the top of the top games list. And why would you say they mean this christmas? Gameloft isn't EA, they actually do release their games with not too big a delay.
I wish my iDevices were utile weapons of war. Awesome though. I was screaming like a little girl in the inside when I saw the trailer. Ironic thing is, I just replayed this game three times yesterday and got every single award. Also playing online. DawnStar is my gameloft live name, play me sometime on mc1
and those that do maybe don't use, because it makes the device slow when you have loads of apps saved in your iPods limited memory. We are talking about Modern Combat 2 here, not Sandstorm!
my wishlist: 1) enemies inteligent, not scripted 2) physics system for vehicles (quadbike) 3) bigger bazooka explosions 4) as you guys said-variety 5) better story oh and few thing in multiplayer (coop maybe, not sure about this)
yea they must change and how the characters die/react and all that cause when you shoot them/kill them/hit them it just looks shit
Ragdoll physics is what I want. i.e - blast them in the stomach with a shotgun and they'll fly back, limbs flailing.
"Finish what you started"? This is a war game. That doesn't even make sense. Seriously, think about it.
Also, I hope that like in zombie infection and COD:NZW you can shoot of enemys arms (and legs) off first!
Yeah, I thought about that, then I realised it wouldn't be very realistic. Maybe if you fire a RPG or throw a grenade at an enemy then they could explode and their limbs could fly off. That would be better.
The problem with Gameloft FPS games is that when YOU throw a grenade, it blows up as soon as it gets near an enemy. when an enemy throws a grenade, it rolls around for 2-3 seconds, like in real life. they need to add: Longer, more interesting campaign Intelligent AI More realistic grenades, with ability to "cook" them More weapons (M16, AK47, ACR, SCAR-H, UMP45, Vector, M21, Intervention, etc.) Better physics Better graphics optimized for newer devices More multiplayer game modes.
Sometimes I wish my Phone could substitute an Assault Rifle. MC:S2 is the next best thing. -Customizable weapons would be nice -At least an M9 would be nice for a sidearm -Would be cool to see Gameloft's take on USASF or the Rangers -Sniper mission, I've always been interested in what a GL Sniper game would be like -More refined MP, more of a secondary concern though -M203 mechanic? -More weapons, but ones that actually see use(no XM8 or ACR) -Just happy they're making another one
I just hope they fix spawning in multiplayer. That made me quit playing when every time I respawned, a camper with a sniper killed me.
I think it would be nice if they also included some tactical elements. Like having a small squad of about 3-4 other teammates and being able to order them to do stuff like blow up objectives, breach doors, provide cover etc. Although I doubt they'll do that.
