I was having a small problem with Real Soccer 2010 HD, and so I decided to try and create an account on the Gameloft forum. When I tried to do that though, it said, "Sorry Guest, but you have been banned from this forum!" As far as I remember, I haven't ever posted anything on the Gameloft forums! Has anyone else seen this happen? Is it a glitch, or have I done something without even knowing it, or what? I appreciate any thoughts that anyone might have on this...I'm actually kind of bothered by the fact that this happened.
It's just really bizarre. I thought it might have been a glitch, but then when I tried to register again using my school email address, it allowed me to create an account. As soon as I switched it back to my primary address, it banned me from access again. So apparently it's something with my email address. But as I said, I've never posted anything on their forums, and I don't think I've ever posted anything on a forum anywhere that would lead to my being banned. So why would they ban my email address? It just makes no sense to me. After I bought one of their games and had problems with it, I was hesitant to buy another one. But then I decided to try and give them a second chance. That was apparently a big mistake.
I think they did that to anyone who tries making an account. I heard that somewhere on the forums a bit back.
Oh really? That's odd. As silly as this might sound, it just kind of made me feel like I did something wrong when I didn't, which is upsetting.
Their games are a disgrace to what the iPhone is capable of, the games are slapped together really quickly, not even from a port or anything like console games.
Hasn't that always been what Gameloft goes for though? If I recall, their motto is "Screw the customers and just make an awesome game, money, money, money... Giggity!!!!"........lol
Their games are buggy, and their tech support is apparently worse. That, and from what I've seen, it seems pretty rare that Gameloft will update one of their games. It's like they release a title and just abandon it.
true, if only I had that game though...I don't really care about them, business is business, they are still very successful even though there is so much else to buy with your money!
