Dangerous for iOS, the little known less attractible but considerably more sophisticated sibling of GoF2 and GPP, might not check all those boxes, but enough of them for a bizarrely deep open space simulation, for any platform, handheld devices in particular. I'll be back with GPP impressions.
Anyone know how to get archangel 2 blue print maybe you can get them from missions? Also trading I upgraded Freeport market to 5 also working on the other planet on top of Freeport but what are some easy and quick trading routes?
Archangels So far the game is pretty sweet, however, not a single shipyard builds the Archangels. I've upgraded two shipyards and nothing. I really don't like the blueprint system so far because it is starting to cause frustration. There is zero way I will use IAP just to add a ship. Has anyone managed to locate a shipyard that constructs the Archangels? Not I or II, just plain old Archangels. Thanks.
Afaik, there is only the I and II. The one you get from the first story boss is the the Archangel I, which can be built at Larrio. The Archangel II can be built at Nepoton. In both cases, you may have to increase the level of the shipyard to build it.
v1.0.3 is just released Thanks Apple for the quick review. GPP Version 1.0.3 is just released. Fixes included are: 1. You can now have an inverted yaxis control by default. you can change back to the original one in the Option page. 2. The language problem on non-English machine is fixed. 3. Voice acting can be turned off.
That was crazy fast. Of course the hurricane knocked out my power so I can't update but that's still impressive for Apple.
Game is good but feels like it is trying to frustrate you into IAP a bit too early in. I'm sure you can get by without it, but grind this early in isn't as much fun. But I'll stick with it as it's actually a decent game despite that, I would have rather paid a bit more for the app and had lesser hurdles due to design, but in the current market it's understandable.
I agree, I would definitely have paid more if all the ships and weapons/equipment would be obtainable (as blueprints at least) by playing the game. Even if that would imply more grinding. Just for the sake of a "nondisruptive" gameplay. Sorry, but NO. Dangerous is IMHO a failed experiment. Really great ideas but very poorly implemented. The UI is just horrendous. And it just got worse with the recent updates. @Moonfish Software: Thank you for the quick update! Are you planning to add a speed throttle sometimes in the future? That would be nice...
"speed throttle"? Is it some sort of afterburner to boost the speed of a ship during battle? We have designed such kind of equipment, which is for battleship and battlecruiser only.
I hate that you can't fit equipment on because of CPU usage. I'm not grinding 7 hours on this game for a damn blueprint to beat the 2ND BOSS 3 hours in due to grinding in this game hell GOF. Grinding was more fun due to mining.
Actually I was thinking of some control option (on-screen lever) for the speed during fights (to reduce or go back to the cruise speed). Not the afterburner from the stations' shops. My problem is that I find the virtual joystick too sensitive and I'm having a hard time aiming and keeping the target locked. I've seen the Slow-Down Missiles in the shops but they are battlecruiser only. Maybe I just need to get used to it...
Again, does this game support cloud saves so that I can play the same game on my iPad and iPhone? Thanks
The button above the weapon buttons is used to slow down the turning speed of the ship and also increase the aiming angle. Is that useful to you?
