What do you mean? There's an achievement system right now through Agon, but I don't have it set up so that people can get tangible goods (downloadable items, etc.)....currently it's more focused on in game stuff like ranking. DLC is another option which I'm definitely going to look into as well, but that's for later on.
Oh, I also meant to ask you guys how you felt about Twitter and Facebook integration? I've heard some people say they don't like it, but it seems like social media integration is the thing to do these days...
If you mean to have the option to facebook your score or twitter your score that does seem to be the thing to do. Not having a facebook though I don't like games that are dependent on having an account (bumper stars claims not to but you have to get past the log in screen every time you play which is annoying to keep hitting cancel before you play). So if you want to challenge or brag or post a score that is ok because that is like an option one can get to but to make it the first thing you see is annoying to those that don't have accounts.
you unlock access to the wallpaper shots of different characters as in game achievements, so that in game once you've earned the achievement you can go to the wallpaper section, select the newly earned wallpaper and take a pic to use for your wallpaper I thought they could be an interesting reward...maybe...
+1 I'm don't have facebook, and don't want to tweet scores, you could always put it in as an option from the high score page, but yes, please don't have it front and center when we start the app.
I agree that's a good one...should the subtitle be kept the same if going with BattleRune? Or should "Lands of Fate" be changed to something like "Heroic Words of Power" or something along those lines?
DragonForce huh? I've heard of them but never really listened to any of their songs. They're the group that has really fast guitarists right? Are their songs all fantasy based like their name? Mine is more werewolf and vampire based than dragon and elf based, so I might need to make the subtitle a little darker.
Saw them last year, great guys Yeah pretty much. A lot of people hate it, but it's sorta intentionally cheesy and ridiculous, I think it's epic.
