I wonder if the Devs thought about pitching this idea to Universal? Seems like a win/win situation to me. Universal get a share of profits from a game thats surely bound to sell well (Flying DeLorean?.. where do I sign?!), and the Devs get to legally add the characters, scenarios etc............... oh I'm feeling a hover board section coming haha. I know its probably more complicated than simply pitching an idea, but a nice thought all the same!
If only the world were run by more people like K.D.... we'd be in major trouble, but at least we'd get our games faster.
I wonder if it's anything like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t22IJMHKARE I still have this for the Gamecube... it's a little fun, in a s**ty kind of way
I know! Maybe it's being published by Chillingo. There is still a game pending release: http://chillingo.com/index.htm?node=coming_soon
You never know. Of course, the one from Chillingo I'm looking forward to is Hardgore. I wonder what the icon will look like for Flying Delorean.
Wow still nothing? This smells like Chillingo................. Really though; the dev said "this week" two or three weeks ago. He's a tad late dont you think?
I don't think it was a joke. Maybe there's some infringement issues. Alien Abuse just got pulled this weekend from the store and there's talk that of infringement. So who knows... Of course, the dev may still be working out some kinks and wants to wait until that's done.
Well if it's infrigenment I understand. Now about the bugs. Yeah..................go fix them. Show me a screenshot please.
On that note, Alien Abuse just reappeared in the store. Let's hope the Flying DeLorean (sounds like a circus act when you say it) doesn't run into such problems.
Still no news? I'm starting to worry for this one. Shame really, because just the concept alone (minus any form of media) has been enough to make me want it... absolutely love Back to the Future! Kris
Instead of a traditional "Game Over" screen (which I am going to assume it has), perhaps it could say, "OUTTATIME". Subtle reference, ahoy!
I wonder if they've had any trouble over the use of 'DeLorean'? I'm not sure who it's owned by these days (some business man I seem to think baught the rights, though I may be wrong). Kris
The conspiracy theorist in me makes me believe that The Flying DeLorean is actually a code name for Need for Speed. They may be one in the same which is why it's delayed. Um, well, maybe not...
DeLorean was a type of car I believe. Pure aluminium. So there should be no problem. Come on Albie...........
