Review updated as AG4S in US store: Complete and Useful ★★★★★ Regularly go to the gym, thanks to this app. It helps me to maintain the exercises, shows the way to do it, and I can vary it the way I want it. As I like yoga and this app has it too, what a fantastic way to spice the workout. Definitely useful. I love the addition of calorie counter, but I think it lacks one factor. Because this app is for fitness and not only to check the calories we consume, I believe it's better to integrate the calorie counter with the exercise. So we can manually input the food we take and GAIN calories, but also some exercises should REDUCE the calories. Therefore we will find out whether our daily calories is enough or not to reach our target. Adding some cardio routines to the app is also a good idea. Overall this app is awesome and hopefully it improves more and more.

Now it is the only fitness app I left in my iPhone. It has so many videos that help you know how to work out. Whether you are a beginner or a advancer, I think it can fit you all. The new vision also add yoga, awesome, I can only use this app and delete my yoga app.# But I think this may be too complicated, There are so many other features, and I always only use one of them. So I think beginners may confuse how to use it.

If you want to be knowledgeable with training exercise grab your own copy of this all in one fitness app.

First off I experienced none of the crashing issues that people commented about, but having owned the original version I can compare the two. I have to say I liked the previous versions layout more, it seemed easier to navigate, this one takes a little more getting used to, also the old look had more of a gym feel with simple black metallic background. All the great features are still here, but there was nothing in the Yoga section, there were four great modes before in My Workouts, there are three now and the personal trainer worked great. I find with the new Advance Search it always says there's no results matching. A great change was including gender which now allows you to cater the workout differently for men and women. Besides that they included some more exercises and you still get a video audio and text to teach you each exercise plus the pictures then you also still have that great X-ray pictures showing exactly which muscles are worked with the exercises .I still wish the audio and video was combined but its still great the way it is and is still without a doubt the best workout app in the entire app store, thank goodness because I did some major eating over the holidays and need to work it off . Highly recommended by Foxy!"
