Will you be adding the towers to the iphone version for those without the iPad version in a future update?
Well that's ever so slightly dissapointing after supporting the company as an early adopter. Il be nice about it, but I'm not happy. I would have expected much better customer support, I bought it on the iphone for a reason but now cannot get the full experience? /waves
Hey Alec, it looks like the game crashes after the 1rst mission when loading the map (iPad 3, 5.1.1). Not bought it yet, just relaying french appstore comments. Edit: Game bought on iPad 3, 5.1.1 It effectively crashes right after the end of the 1rst mission on the transition screen with the story. And when I relaunch it, it crashes at the map Tried with closing all active apps in the task bar, the same. and rebooting the iPad too. game looks incredible, but Alec, you got to fix this quickly or you'll get tons of 1 star comments!
I believe I deleted the comment you're quoting, reason being that I spoke too soon about this. We're still undecided on what we're going to do. We want some exclusive content for the iPad and we want to reward people who purchase both versions with further bonuses, but we aren't sure how that will play out yet. Sorry! We are jamming pretty hard on getting a new update out that fixes the issue mentioned below, so that's priority #1. It's unlikely that we'll have more info about the future of these towers until then. Of course, feel free to send additional questions my way, and I'll answer as best I can! Always weird to see issues like this crop up after extensive testing - I bought FR2HD last night and haven't encountered this, but apparently a handful of gamers are running into this problem. The temporary solution is to turn on Airplane Mode. It looks like there's some issue with the game "calling home" for Game Center. Airplane Mode will disable your network connection and fix this. In the meantime, we are hard at work getting v1.1 ready to submit to permanently fix this problem. Thank you for your patience! Let me know if that doesn't help for any reason.
iphone to ipad data xfer Hey Alec, You mentioned that with iexplorer you cant move current iphone saves to the new ipad. I did it and copied over the whole documents folder (including the hidden files) I started it up and everything loaded fine but when I started a game on "Home on Derange" (my goto money making lvl) it crashes on wave 34 then jumps back about three waves, then will crash again once I reload and get to 34. Also was I right in copy the whole documents folder or is there a better/cleaner way. Thanks!! Fannoncodder
ok it works when on airplane mode. At last! I have put this trick on my comment in the french appstore, hope it will help! Hurry up for the patch, because you get a lot of angry comments. The game is magnificent in retina on iPad 3
That should do the trick. Try restarting your device to free up some memory and then play that map again. Should work flawlessly. Thanks for the update!
