My sister loves it, but it was meant for people her age. The only problem, I am 2 years apart from her and I didn't like it, so a fail for them
You can be more specific. How old is she? I never watched it, so I'm not sure. It looks targeted at 12-.
That would mean that you're 16, and I get that. I just watched the trailer and some clips, and I don't like it either. I think it's a combination of age and gender. Males aren't going to like it, at any age above 13. Females could like it up until they are 18 or so. Depends.
The movie actually bores kids not much dialogue.. but it is not a "teen" movie. http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/wall_e/ 96%
Madsoul, thank you I forgot about Eternal Sunshine. That movie is insane, I think it takes a few times of watching it to fully grasp everything that goes on in that one. And a great role for Jim Carrey too, he's a really good actor. Dancer in the Dark is one of the most frustrating movies I've ever seen. If you've ever watched a movie where someone is getting screwed over, and you know they're getting screwed over, but nobody else in the movie believes them. And you just feel like screaming at the screen "that person didn't do that!" but you're just helpless and it just makes you so mad. Well that's this movie times a thousand. Argh! I was in such a bad mood after I watched that movie! But it is really a good one.
American Beauty. So thought-provoking and smart. Not to mention hilarious! I have seen it 10+ times!!!
Agreed - Magnolia is genius, There Will Be Blood comes in at a close second. Magnolia is one of those movies that I can watch over and over again and never get bored with it and always get something new out of it
Just so you know, I actually never watched it As far as my favorite movie goes, yes, usually the last one I watched.
