Not with the current build. If you have an older build on iTunes use that version (I.e) one not updated to current. Hope that helps.
there is no max. Mine's at 600%. And it really depends on your character and if you have any gems that increase crit chance. If you have a sentinel or blademaster, and you have gems that increase crit chance, it will make you a beast. It can have huge implications on your DPS.
I have just spend 2 days reading throught every single page and post on this topic. I must say it was definetly worth it. After reading throught all of this I've learnt alot about the game, the most important thing i learnt was how the dps/damage was calculated with all the charms and such. I thought i was being smart having all the poisons and fire charms on me, turns out I was wrong. Im currently playing on a lvl 39 sentinel and im at the Kenashi trials on elite difficulty. Alot of people complaining about the potion timer not working, for it to work you need to be connected to the internet.
My character is a sentinel. Before I maxed out the active skill "Haste" I thought those monk charms were worth collecting. They are a waste of space in my opinion. The haste skill affords 50% attack speed, pluse, once it's at level 20 there's only a second or so delay until its recharged. That makes it practically continuous and a major improvement over the roll skill.
I'm so bummed. I can't really play this game anymore on my iPad because it keeps crashing. This started only after the update. Oddly enough, I can play it on my iPhone 4S with no problem, but I like my iPad character better. Anyone else have this problem on an iPad?
Im also on ipad2 and i seem to only crash during boss fights when I play in the co op stages (the ones with the waves)
I'm a level 18 bow and arrow guy playing for the first time and keep getting killed off in the goblin tunnel. The magic academy was easy compared to this. Currently I have an iron arc and iron braces and ogre everything else. The stuff that gets dropped is mostly old, split and sometimes plain gear. How do you people do this? I've got 2 x40 crit damage, 3 crit chance, 10 poison damage, 49 base damage, 4 radiant damage, whatever that is, and 4 damage. Am I doing something wrong? Currently trying to save my good so I can get to 100k and buy something nice with high armour. I've got 30k plus. Any suggestions? Thank you!
I remember the goblin tunnel was extremely difficult for me aswell, especialy the boss. What i did was grind the archives until level 20, i was able to complete it at lvl 20 pretty easily (playing on sentinel aswell) For the goblin tunnel, just a hint, most of the enemies you can reach and shoot down with your bow if you stay just outside their range. Your shooting range is abit farther then the sight range of a goblin so if you stand at the correct spits you can beat it no problem.
let's get this out of the way- I'm playing on an android, but assume that this doesn't change anything. Few things: I am a sentinel, level 45ish and I have found this forum very helpful for this game. I have a beaten the game once, and am on the lost city in epic (I just beat demon wolf) and I have gotten to about level 28 on the endless wave mode. As for those who complain about gems: I have gotten this far being free to play. While I had to farm quite a bit early on, I figure that is partly because I didn't quite understand a few key things. These include that you unlock armor as you beat levels, not as you increase yourse. I noticed this when someone mentioned beating the archives on elite, and sure enough a new, very expensive weapon popped up after I beat it on elite. That being said, if you are stuck on a certain level, try saving your potions, get your best charms in use, and good luck. You might get a better tier of weapon unlocked. Because of this finding, I value gold much higher than XP, at least until I get enough gold to get every piece of equipment at the highest tier available (which hasn't even gotten close to happening). I am still unsure about charms, because I've been told a lot. At least for sentinels (in the long run) I will have maxed my crit chance, due to Eagle Eye passive, which gives crit chance boost (how much, I'm not actually sure however). I therefore picked crit boost yellow circle charms, and have quite a lot of them. For stars, I get the turquoise plain ole percentage damage, as well as radiance (white) though I have no idea what that means. It seems like it would be better for melee because you deal passive damage to those around you? and recently I got a couple lucky drops on lightning (yellow) so I use them. Since these are the highest percentage for star charms, does this make them the best? For squares, I use health leech (white) which are VERY hard to come by. I probably have about 4 level 2, and 2 or so level 3, and I have been saving every one from my character's birth. I also use the flat energy gain (pink) and have a few of those. Triangles have given me anxiety... I save almost every (yellow) crit chance I find, depite it being useless(?) in a few ten levels because of eagle eye, but I also switched from the slow moving poison dot (green) to fire (orange) because it is quicker. Which triangles should I be using? Those are my charms, I hope someone can give me better insight. IN summary: You unlock equipment in the shop as you beat levels (as these unlock, low level rings become cheaper) Those are my charms, but I am curious as to which are the best. If you have any ideas/tricks to getting gold, please let me know. I assume endless is best because the bosses pay out well, and multiplayer is recommended because everything is increased a little.
This is true, but I believe that is the perfect use for all the gems you accumulate to unlock it early. I didnt spend a skill point until i just hit Lvl 23, then unlocked the Veteran skill (the Battleworn version of the Eagle Eye) with my earned Gems. While I am on the subject of Gems, I think the complaints about them is a bit ill-thought. YOu can get 10 a day wheel of fate, 10-20 from quick ads, and if you just register at tapjoy.com, you can EASILY make 500+ gems by downloading apps and running them ONCE, most of them are like 15-30 gems APIECE to just download something in the background and click it when its done. Then delete and rinse/repeat. Just my $.02
Help please. Stuck in tutorial. I think I must have missed something in the tutorial. I've only started playing and I can't get past the beginning after you finish in the castle and kill the first boss. I've finished the three missions listed when your on the castle map and have had too many play throughs already just trying to see if I missed anything . When I try to move to the area towards my next quest objective, there is a barricade of boxes (not breakable) blocking my path. For the heck of it I tried to do a multiplayer function and it said I couldn't until I finished the tutorial. I don't see what else I need to do. I haven't been prompted to do anything after I killed the boss that kills the king. PLEASE HELP!
