Alright - Still confused about the looting system. Jst ran through one of the levels with a group of three others. I saw a mean looking x-bow drop of and tried to get the attention of some of the other players who might want to come grab it. . . no luck. So i put loot in the forge.

End of game I drop back to my tavern only to find said weapon available to me there. I did try and grab it out of hosts forge at the end of the game. But couldnt as I was a squire and the wep was for hunters only.

Long story short - I create my huntress and now she has one mean looking x-bow. Question is - Did the host also win the same loot from me stashing it in his/her forge !?! If such is the case then no point being greedy in game and rushing for loot - correct !?! everybody gets everything !?! or just looter and the host !?!

If just looter and host then it makes sense to host everytime !?! correct !?! but then no-one joins anyone !?! Any clarity on this !?!

Only the person who picks up the item gets it. The host has nothing to do with it.

I thought the forge belongs to the person what hosts the game . . . but from what your saying is that it acts as your personal forge. Everybody else is just incidental. . . Okay soo. . . . there is no etiquette then !?! Grab what you can get !?! No Trading !?! Anyways. . .I see your point. It's all just too much to take in in one go.

Any details on that pdf file trendyent promised us with the upcoming update? What about PS3 release dates - or will I have to fold and hook up an xbox !?!

Havent run into you in-game yet gamecenters all glitched out

Well don be a loot asshole. What me and my friends do is just loot everything then trade in the tavern. Like I said the host had nothing l do with it. It'shis tavern not his forge.

A friend of mine told me that the stats have diminishing returns? Is this true? I couldn't find the info on their website regarding this information...

I am not sure myself, would like to see if the dev can answer this. Diminishing Returns meaning the more points you have into a stat, the less bonuses you get from that stat. Say if the first point gives +5, the 20th point would give +1? Something like that.

'Play Local' is the single player portion of the game, not a local multiplayer option.

If you quit in the middle of a campaign (local match) and remove the app from the multitasking bar, is your progress saved or do you have to start all over from Wave 1?

Edit: And what are the best ways to farm XP/mana/items?

Your progress is lost then. even if you don't manually delete it from the task bar it gets closed often (as it probably takes up a lot of space and is therefore a good candidate for automatic termination by the OS). Basically, a call and an email check often is enough to not be able to resume the game where you left it.
I really don't like this. After all, this is a mobile game at the moment. The levels can take some time. There should be autosave and continue IMO.

^ That's not really true, I have been interrupted by calls many times playing DD while soloing locally, and I was able to resume the game every time. Most iOS apps do not use much if any memory in the background, you don't really have to force quit it so just leave it there.

If you are in multi-player, you would of course lose your progress (you would be DC'ed).
