For anyone to pirate anything, ever, someone has to legitimately buy it. That doesn't mean that everyone else has a right to even "try" it for free. It's $1!!! That said the lack of updates is you going to stop me from making this purchase. If a dev doesn't add widescreen support who's to say they'll support iOS 7. Just to mention this, games without widescreen support have a dead zone for control input. In certain games this isn't a big deal. In this one, it would be. I don't need the screen to be filled, a border (even a black one) is alright by me. The lack of widescreen support seems lazy and detracts from playability.
