iTried the syncing the latest version from iTunes, same situation, I am afraid that if I restart the iPod again... I am going to loose the icon as I have on a few previous occasions... Sorry Matt... Kinda hijackd ur thread.. cud U advice what could be done here ?
If you already bought the app and own it, then if you lose the icon can't you just re-download it? iTunes won't charge you twice, its in your purchase history.
Ohh....ouch! That I can't help you with. I would try going back to a wifi source and clicking the transparent icon. Sometimes while downloading new games/apps, I have clicked on the icon and I thought it froze but really it just seemed to have paused. I really hope this helps.
