Idk I'd say this should be out for the holidays. And to think that it was supposed to be out in July... Does anyone know any info about how close they are to a release, preferably info that doesn't include the word "soon"?
I don't have a clue when they will release it. They finally came back to their facebook page but this time, they are not announcing any ETA's. I think they realize not to get people's hopes up on a release, but rather fix what they need to, until it gets approved. IMO we might not see this until Christmas or early 2012.
I meant that the iPod 5 won't come out until the actual iPhone 5 is released. I think this game will come out at the end of this year or early next year. I t would be smart for them to release it before the year's end so that they don't have to compete with 2013: Infected Wars next year!
Hope you're wrong, but I think you're right. I'm just getting really tired of waiting on this game. Hopefully ib2 will make waiting more manageable. And I doubt this will be competing with 2013 infected wars. That seems to have a more resident evil suspense feel, where this is more arcade zombie slaughter. Basically, the difference between resident evil 4 and 5.
I'm pretty sure there will be some competition between the two. If you consider these both to be at least AA titles then there will be competition even if they were completely different games.
Yes, they will be competitive.... I will definately buy both because they are different. Desert Zombie is blood and guts.... 2013 looks more creepy and atmospheric. Both of these have room on my ipod.

The Devs should've taken a leaf outta Epochs books. Those devs announced the game, then didn't say too much, then bam, preview copies were out with the press and the game was out a week later. They went for the classic vague 'fall' and when pressed when it got to fall, the trademarked Blizzard 'soon'. Talking of Epoch, I don't have too much hope for this game on iPhone 4/iPod 4G. Epoch runs like a charm on my 4S and my 4. But the loading time on the 4 is painful, and makes it a complete drag. I imagine this would be the same.
I have to agree. I'm more excited to play Desert Zombie but I know IB2 is going to be amazing. So I'll buy both.
