Well if it is approved. They should definately release it this Thursday. People are getting tired of waiting for this game.

I think I agree with you. It seems awfully suspicious that if they submitted this a month ago. It would take this long. Even on their facebook page, their not responding to any inquiries... their keeping dead silent and usually they give us some info.

 

Looks like it wasn't released this thursday either. The developers definitely have a problem. Who knows what happened...

 

It doesn't look good for a release soon. I think their having problems with the unreal engine. I think this engine and free roam don't do well together and it's causing issues. I think the only devices that can properly handle a free roaming unreal engine game are the iPad 2, iPhone 4s.

I hope that's not the case.

Well I don't know about you guys.... but I'm pretty disappointed. This was one of my must buys of the fall season. Unreal engine... Zombies...RPG's....Nukes... differen't levels... survivor mode.

The game looked so awesome on the trailers and screen shots, who knows if we are going to see this game on the app store? It would be a real shame if it didn't.

 

Finally an update from the devs - still no release date and no word on if it has been rejected and resubmitted or what, but here it is:

"Okay guys, here's the latest: we are still on track for an imminent deployment! We're continuing to make massive improvements to the game - we've added a bunch of awesome new features including additional weapons, more playable characters, flying enemy units and even a rockin' new soundtrack"

also new video posted on their facebook page along with the update.

Im guessing it got rejected and they have made some updates to the game in the mean time and are resubmitting it...or it could come out thursday and surprise everyone

 

Yes, I saw the update and trailer. Good to know this game will eventually be released. Easy instabuy for me.

How can you call this game bad ?? Looks unbelievably awesome. It looks like a hardcore game with challenging gameplay

unsure about performance on older hardware as something like this looks like it would struggle on 3gs, but 4s and ipad2 should be amazing.

Too fast? isnt that what shadowgun got marked down on, being too slow and boring??? personally i love the intensity of it, should make it challenging.

 

I have a bad feeling about this game. Reminds me of Warm Gun. It was probably rejected but for some reason the devs don't want to tell us what happened.

 

I just hope it runs well on my 4G, 32 gb ipod touch. I just bought it a couple months ago. There's no way I want to upgrade to a 4S already.

 

Haha yeah! I think most, if not all, new games will run fine on the 4th gen devices. But yeah, i wouldn't want to get a 4S either; I'm waiting for the iPod 5. My predictions are that it won't come out until the actual iPhone 5 is released, or sometime around that.

 

You think it won't come out until or near the ipod 5. I hope your wrong, that will take forever. I'm hoping it's optimized for the 4G because most people own a 4G and besides the 4S, it is a fairly new model.
