But has it turned free to play or something? Or is this just a great sale? blahdo Well-Known Member Dec 28, 2013 110 0 16 #3 blahdo, Jul 24, 2014 Seems to have turned free to play according to the description. bhornburg Well-Known Member Aug 11, 2009 120 0 16 #4 bhornburg, Jul 24, 2014 The IAP listed for it sounds like F2P staples. Too many good TD games out there to be interested in a free-to-play one. uFinKnow Well-Known Member Feb 5, 2014 326 0 16 #5 uFinKnow, Jul 24, 2014 There has always been IAP. This is just a good sale. Jake7905 Well-Known Member Jun 20, 2013 1,004 0 0 #7 Jake7905, Jul 25, 2014 I bought it at $5 at launch, and have beaten it a couple of times without IAP. But it will require a good amount of grinding, and there has always been a pusher's mentality to the IAP, and an overall paidmium nature to the late game balance. Having said that, I did enjoy it, and if you like TD games it's a great free game. tabs Well-Known Member Feb 26, 2009 758 0 16 Philippines #8 tabs, Jul 25, 2014 Game is VERY grindy. I bought it for 4.99. Wish I had waited. rdmd Well-Known Member May 4, 2014 197 0 0 Habakuk's husband with Habakuk #9 rdmd, Jul 25, 2014 Same, bought this at full price at launch, really grindy game. I feel cheated when devs put freemium elements to paid games. I mean IAPs are acceptable as long as the game doesn't force you to buy them. orangecan Well-Known Member Aug 9, 2011 2,000 150 63 #10 orangecan, Jul 25, 2014 My thoughts exactly.
