For me, this is one of the best 3D shooters on iOS today. Yes, it is worth deleting The Gods for this.

Think of this as something almost like Dead Space, but in first person, and has a good sense of exploration and scavenger hunting for collectibles.

Even Dead Space has IAPs... This one doesnt.

 

Ok ok I'm sorry, I was just doing that to sound like an idiot haha. And you made some really good points in there and I agree with you on everything except the stuff on DE, but I don't mean to argue, I can see why u feel the way you do about DE

 

As I said before, it is decent, and it is mid priced, and if people like this genre, it may well appeal to them or to you. I'm gonna play into a little more, and for the most part, it is made well.

 

I'm sure Dead effect is great but who here thinks that Dead space is still the best sci-fi horror game on iOS?

No doubt about that. Im sure it's safe to say DE is inspired by DS, but the first person view and their own art style, unique weapons (1000 volt bolts in melee is pretty sweet and original), and the addition of well-hidden items to look for makes it a good title to own right beside DS.

And again (yeah ive said this too many times), Dead Effect have no IAPs in it, while even Dead Space has them.

 

Have you tried survival mode? It gets pretty intense I must say

 

New game mode you say..... Any hints you can give us?

 

Thanks, EP. Just what I needed to hear. Ironically, after I posted that, I was able to get past the part I was stuck on in The Gods. I'm now a decent way into the final chapter. So I'm going to try to finish it up (although I've heard the final boss is a bitch).

Then I'm going to grab this.

Somebody know how can I kill the boss? I can't kill her because I don't know if the shotgun it's the default weapon, I mean I have the pistol, shotgun and the rifle but in the mission I can use the pistol and the shotgun

 

Yeah, survival was actually kinda fun, though quite hard. Kinda had an ironic Dead Trigger feel to it.

But definitely adds to the game overall. Cool mode.

 

Fantastic game. Definately has a Dead Space-inspired feel to it but loving it. Great graphics, controls and atmosphere. Even though the voice acting is a little cheesy, I like it.

I'm early in but already think it's one of the better iOS shooters I've played. Who couldn't like zombies in space?

 

iPod4 and iPhone4 support:

Our aim is to make the game running smooth on all supported devices at best performance and for now we have focused on older devices but I can’t promise anything because things are in the debugging phase. So please be patient - we are really small team and it's hard to do some things quickly, especially with one programmer. But stay tuned!

About new mode:

Currently we are working on it. Right now I can say this - you'll feel like a “HUNTER”. Objective will be search and destroy a target in the shortest possible time, so it’s different from survive where is your aim to do the maximal combo to get the best score.
