Well hopefully it's not dead, I emailed the dev just a few minutes ago and I'll post here if I get an answer.

 

It's not dead. I emailed the dev a week or two ago and he told me it isn't.

 

Did he say anything else like a general time they hoped to have it out by, like early 2011?

As you can see there is no exact information, but atleast we know the project isn't dead!

I'm not sure I like the goblin part but the graphics look top notch.
