Asking for a 5 star review in exchange for money/gift card is a huge no-no here. You're basically buying yourself positive reviews. I think perhaps you should just ask us members to leave an honest review.
??? since when, that's the basic premise behind nearly every code give away i've seen here since i joined (merely a couple months ago though). he's saying buy 3 games, if you like them enough, leave good reviews, and i'll throw you in to a drawing. conversely, if you think they suck, go ahead and say so and he just won't enter you into a drawing. seems fair to me.
Great contest here, but not many participants Just may get one of your kung fu for my bro. He loves Bruce Lee, big time! Any maybe I will win... Should I PM the details of the review?
Is this contest open to those that might have already submitted their review on any of these apps in recent? if so, ...Done. Dylan1696 is my reviewer id. Reviewed "Relax Hub" and "Kung Fu U".
Sorry I should've stated that the contest opens to the new entrants that haven't got the apps. But thank you for the support!
The premise behind nearly every code give away here is that the recipient leaves an honest review. There's a difference between asking for an honest review and asking for a perfect 5-star review and I think it's quite clear as to what it is. I actually think a number of developers received warnings for asking for 5-star reviews in turn for giving a promo code. After all, how would you like it if you purchased a game/app based on a bunch of 5-star reviews that you had no idea existed solely because of a contest that was held where the reviewers had a chance of winning gift cards or a promo code giveaway. Who in their right mind would read the contest rules, download the game and decide they don't like it and pass up the opportunity to win a gift card and go with a sub-5-star review?
