Dunno, I'm good at chess. My uncle was a national champ in india and I nearly beat him (I was excited). Haven't lost to anyone else...But chess takes up a lot of time, valuable time I could spend playing call of duty.
Haha alright dude. You sound pro But call of duty "pollutes your mind" as my mom says (I'm kidding of course. But shes not. haha) So a little time building brain power playing chess would be good for you. But really, I'd love to play you.

Its definately safe. I promise you (internet promises never fail). But do whatever, I havent had any problems, and neither has my friend who I play with.
If your friend just recently introduced you to the site, then how can you "promise" it's safe? Does it have blitz matches?
Because my computer isnt ridden with viruses. The worst that will happen is spam mail, which is what a filter is for. Yeah, but its not to good, still in beta. I play on chess.com for blitz games.
