Anyone know what's maxed for the i5? As far as I can tell it's only DDMaximum at this stage.
Hey Cave guy. We know you're there! On top of iCade support we need Esp. Ra De and Guwange optimized for retina ASAP

Confused: If you are a shoot-em-up fans, it is beyond my programming why one has to select which Cave games to buy.

    Advertisement: Grab them all already!

Mushihimesama and Deathsmiles are my favorites (I'm way in the minority there) and they tend to not really represent typical Cave games. That is why I don't really recommend them when asked is because most people that ask that question are looking for basic shmups. I like those two because they are more "outside the box". The others are all kinda samey to me but I did enjoy Bug Princess 1&2 a lot. Not sure that helps and didn't mean to side step your question.

Curious your impressions on Mushihimesama and Deathsmiles if you tried those?

You will probably call me crazy for this, but after trying DoDonPachi Ressurection and Espgaluda II lite I'm not impressed at all.Music is excellent, but everything else is mediocre, graphic look like it's from SNES ( looks bad on big screen ) and I had visible slowdowns in Ressurection.Maybe I'm just too spoiled after playing Danmaku Unlimited 2 and Raiden Legacy, but I did at least try Cave games and simply can't enjoy playing them :(

I have Danmaku Unlimited 2. And Phoenix HD and a few others. I think the graphics from Resurrection HD and Espgaluda II HD are fine! Will probably get them both. Already have 3gb cleared on my ipad :D

Wise choices my friend, but I would also recommend DDP Maximum, which feels like an HD version. The best of the non HD games has got to be BP2BL, and a bargain if you can stretch your budget that far :D

    Playing iOS games, duh.

It's only DoDon R and Espgaluda II that have HD versions available. DoDon Maximum is Retina.

I wish Cave would come out with HD versions of everything else and stop farting around with it. No one wants to play non-HD versions of these games on these devices.

The price drops have started in some countries. So far, it's safe to say that Dodonpatchi Maximum will be 7 bucks and Dodonpatchi Resurrection HD will be 11 bucks. Those are the alarms that have just triggered for me.

Bought all of them? Geebus someone's loaded! Lol. I agree deathsmiles is very fun, but really a crying shame that its not a universal/iPad friendly (screen size wise, need to 2x it). Anyone know if there were any talks from cave re: this matter? Gosh a universal or hd of deathsmiles would be o so sweet x.x
