The built-in alarm app does not offer a vibrate-only option. I have found a few apps that offer this feature, but they all seem to require that the app be running for the alarm to work. Does anyone know if there is an alarm app with a vibrate-only option that will still work if the app is not running?
Not possible because of Apple's requirements. Just get an app that has vibration and background it constantly, it's doubtful it uses a lot of resources.
