iTunes nickname: Foozelz Comment: "At first, I thought to myself, "Oh this is going to be one of those cheap apps where every thing is miscalculated with the BMI" I have checked my BMI before hand and it was accurate to the percent. I was pretty my satisfied by that. Then I want rummaging around the app looking at every nook and cranny. I love the activity tab, you get to keep track of what you are doing and what you have done, plus you can send it to Facebook or Twitter to share with friends and family. I have used different apps like these before and they only worked half of the time, but this one is great for being a free application for the iOS. Very helpful for tracking your calorie intake and at the same time help you to recommend what amount of calorie to take daily. Will be useful for people going on a diet. Begin by creating a simple profile by entering your weight, height, etc. Add the food consumed and this app will keep you informed on intake. I eat a lot of varied foods and have been using this app for days now. I'm happy to say it's been able to keep up, offering acceptable substitutes! Adding activites such as your daily runs, gym workouts, etc is a snap. It even calculates calories eaten vs. burned and your BMI. Set personal goals and with the help of this app, you'll meet them! I've been able to do all this without paying a penny. Try this out, it's fantastic! Thanks for the contest!

iTunes nickname: J. The Ripper Comment: I like this app overall. There are a few things to change. It would be nice if the food options were more detailed and showed the amount of sodium, fat, sat. Fat etc. That you have consumed during the day. It could also make the fitness part easier for anyone that uses a heart rate monitor and knows they amount of calories they burned and just enter the number instead of entering each workout.
US iTunes: williams yee Comment: There are few features I found it very useful for me such as it provides summary graph based on nutrient balance and burned vs eaten. It enable user to monitor how much cal you have consumed and burned, not only track by daily basic but also weekly and monthly! Besides this, it also provided a summary graph for your planned plan vs fact. With the huge database of food and activity listing, now I can simply search from database, adjust the options (e.g. no. of piece, slides, etc), I even can add it as my favorite food or activity that allow me to choose from favorite folder! With this apps in my iphone now I no longer doubt my cal intake! Overall, this apps is just too great and I like it very much. Thank you!
