Me three. Ten bucks may be at the high end of app sales, and six dollars may be a lot for a map, but I've had more fun with this game than most any other on the platform. With a game this exciting, I hope they continue to expand it, at whatever price.
Absolutely agreed. I was a late adopter as I had serious doubts that a game with 1 map could actually hold my interest, especially at that price. Well, about an hour after trying the lite version, I bought it. Now I'm checking the forums obsessively to find out when the next map is coming.
I actually thought I'd have to blow $10 more dollars for another map. I'm perfectly ok with this. What I'm not ok with is the fact that it's not out yet. Hurry up, Would you, Activision?
I 2nd that word for word. I know the quality of game I'm getting so price? Pfft. I just wish at the very least we can get a release date? That I don't feel is asking a lot at all...
This game is a rip-off. Trust me, I absolutely love it, and have gotten more than my fair share of fun from it, but relative to the actual console game, it's expensive. This is by no means a rip on the game, I love it, bring on Verruckt!
Not worth it. If yu all want a game thats like this with more maps at a better price try "Welcome to Hell".
I know how you feel but for me. I loved the console version and this is the closest thing to it. As you know it's been executed very well all-around. I dont think its a rip-off in any since. On price, Activision simply stands behind their product with confidence and it has reflected within the sales and positive reviews. I stand behind there Integrity of holding price. I see this the same way with Illusion Labs games for holding price on such a great quality products. Rockstar with GTA ditto! Dont get me wrong, everyone likes a good sale but the Appstore has created consumers than always expect less no matter what the price is (in the majority of cases). I can appreciate a good sale on a good game, I'm not to fond of a cheap game at a cheap price. I prefer quality and know that I will get what i pay for rather than quantity. i was good with quantity when I got my iTouch initially but as I play better quality games...I know tend to look past the quantity/cheap ones now. To be honest I really dont care about the price of a game if I know I'm getting my investments worth. This applies to all games for me. I really just want to have Verrduckt in my hands. I agree "bring on Verruckt!"
Well, this game has better production values and, more importantly, has multiplayer, which "Welcome to Hell" lacks, unless I'm severely mistaken. And what makes this game great is the multiplayer, so you'll forgive me if I stick to World at War Zombies. Besides, virtually everyone who posts in this thread already has CoD: WaW Zombies, so why would we pay more money for a game that is not only a rip-off, but also lacks features?

Is it possible to only purchase the new map without buying the first game?? i don't know maybe DLC via the free demo they released few weeks ago?? if the new content is actually good i may consider buying it(and it alone not the first pack for 10 bucks)
It would make the most sense to charge $10 (original price) for either of the maps, and then the reduced $5-$6 for the second map. I don't think you'll be getting twice the map, twice the gameplay, for less than Nacht.

When is very soon? We already know that coming soon means somewhere around 4-6 months, does that mean very soon is about 2-4 months? I would have been happier if they told us the new map was coming sometime in 2010 instead of soon or very soon because to most of the world soon comes sooner and not months later.
In fairness, we don't even have an official Treyarch or Ideaworks press release to go on - all we have is one guy who works at the studio telling us that it's almost done. So, I've just pretty much disregarded his statement of "pretty soon" and am content to wait for as long as I have to for the next map. So, "pretty soon" means "whenever it's released. If anyone gets word, then it'll be put in this thread, otherwise, we really don't know.
Wouldn't it be nice if all this waiting was due to them releasing verruckt, shi no numa, and der riese all at once as DLC? Yeah its a long shot but all this unexpected waiting would be worth the wait.
